I love staying active, particularly through playing hockey, running and strength training. When it is time to rest and recover, I watch rugby and football.

Why do you love being a physio/ part of a team?

I love being a physiotherapist as I like the problem-solving aspect of treating different injuries and tailoring my treatment to align with each patient’s lifestyle. Being part of a team allows me to continuously grow through collaborating with others and sharing new ideas.
