Biography: Born in Canterbury I am proud to be a fourth-generation kiwi with my mother also being a Physiotherapist. I started my career during the tumultuous 2020 and have been with You First Physio since 2022.
Over the years I have been involved in hockey, swimming, trail running and the gym. My injuries ultimately let me to pursue Physio.
Clinical interest: Jaw pain, Occupational injuries, Mat and Reformer Pilates, Hypermobility, Osteoarthritis management.
Hobbies/interests: I have too many hobbies. At present I am learning to enjoy gardening, teaching myself to sew and have taken up four-wheel driving with my husband.
You may also find me enjoying the gym or at a Pilates class.
Why you love being a physio/part of the team: You First Physio truly cares about the person, and not just the injury. Seeing people recover from start to finish is my driving factor for coming to work – empowering people to live well is important for myself and the team.
